Robin Guenier (Chairman) is best known internationally for his work in raising awareness of the Year 2000 computer problem and has presented frequently on IT issues on TV and radio. Robin has had a distinguished career to CEO level in high-tech businesses, including Government, the aerospace industry and international telecommunications. A barrister, he was educated at Oxford.

Professor Mike Smith (Technical Director) is internationally recognised in the field of healthcare computing. He has held a number of professorships in both medicine and computer science and edited Health Informatics Journal. He has also been technical director for several businesses including another public limited company, the NHS and was recently a senior consultant with PwC. Mike has held positions at several universities and currently is visiting professor at University College London and City University in London.

Dr Rino Coladangelo MRCP (Chief Executive Officer) is a registered medical practitioner and trained at the Middlesex Hospital. He has worked for many years as both a GP and a hospital physician. Rino has held a number of medical management positions, including that of CEO of a large NHS trust and managing consultant for a private hospital group. He continues in part-time medical practice.

Ross Hailstone (Research Director) has been Research Director at Taylor Nelson Sofres, Le Ber Associates and IMS. Previously he held the position of Market Research Manager at Wyeth Laboratories and Janssen-Cilag. Ross has a wealth of experience in market research as well as the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
